Robin Schmid (formerly Robin Koutchak) has been practicing law for 26 years. She has been a District Attorney and has served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alaska. Robin has also been in private practice for 10 of those years, focusing on serious criminal defense in both State and Federal courts. Robin has practiced from Barrow to Ketchikan and Chignik to Tok. Other areas Robin practices in are Social Security Disability, Juvenile justice, ICWA and CINA, property law, contract law, employment law and general practice such as wills. Robin has also been an adjunct professor teaching introductory and advanced criminological theory classes.
