Adam: One of the biggest things is experience. I certainly not have been doing this as long as some of the people who have been doing these thirty years but for the last six years I was working in a law firm, which fortunately, they parted themselves on really keeping the case really high and that is difficult. But in that high case load I had all types of huge cases and I ended up going to trial and lots of motions that needed to be filed and lots of arguments that needed to be made. In those 6-7 years that I was with this law firm I had so much experience whether be trial, evidentiary hearings, meetings with clients, whatever it is. I believe that is one of the biggest things that separate me from a lot of other attorneys and the next thing is success. I am very good at what I do. There are a lot of attorneys out there who are great at signing for plea agreement but a lot of times you do not need plea agreement, you need to go to trial, you need to win that trial and I have done that many times and I am very good at it.

Adam: I think the biggest difference between the Feldman Law Firm and a lot of the other firms out there is client contact. Coming from a larger firm, the biggest complain always was, "My attorney hardly ever gets in touch with" or "I am always talking with the paralegal or receptionist", and "It is difficult to get in touch with the actual attorney".
