Josh oversees a wide variety of practice areas at the firm, including Commercial Litigation, Real estate, Criminal Defense and Personal Injury. The firm offers additional services in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and a host of other legal services.

Josh represents many clients as "Outside General Counsel" and manages a wide array of legal issues for many small and medium sized companies conducting business throughout the state, the U.S., and around the world.

Josh is licensed to practice in both state and federal court. He is a past President of the Benton County Bar Association, and currently serves as a Vice Chair of the Arkansas Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
