Jennifer is the founder and owner of the Flinn Law Firm, P.A. located in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law, where she teaches a course in Education Law. Prior to starting her own practice, Jennifer served as a policy advisor to Governor Mike Beebe, specializing in education and health care policy. Jennifer has also served as an attorney in the Arkansas Department of Education's General Counsel's Office, and immediately upon graduating from law school, Jennifer had the pleasure of serving as a judicial law clerk to Associate Justice Robert L. Brown on the Arkansas Supreme Court.
