Our practice focuses on all areas of family law, from complicated divorce with complex property division, custody and support to simple preparation of documents in uncontested cases. We also provide our clients the opportunity to take advantage of unbundled legal services. Unbundling a family law service means that you can use our legal assistance for only one aspect of your legal matter, such as document preparation or motion filing. We are one of the few family law firms that offer this service, as a convenience to our clients. Family law issues such as divorce, child custody and domestic violence are emotional and stressful. We understand that effective representation in this area requires not only experience and legal skill but also the ability to respond to families in crisis.
