Whether he is helping a client with a real estate transaction, drafting a trust, advising entrepreneurs starting a new business, or advocating for a client in court, every day James Newell goes to work he strives to make a positive difference in the lives of his clients.
His practice is focused primarily in the areas of real estate law, estate planning, and small business law. He is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Boulder County Bar Association and is licensed to practice law throughout the State of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
Having earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and being a business owner himself, James is intimately aware of the issues that confront entrepreneurs in today’s economy. He excelled in law school, earning his Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
