I have nearly two decades of experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, relocation, prenuptial agreements, dependency and neglect and appellate proceedings, and I have served as both attorney and mediator. My approach is to work collaboratively with clients and professionals involved in an effort to preserve the family's assets and the family's ability to function as a unit, all the while zealously protecting my clients' interests in court when negotiation is not successful. I co-authored “Parental Rights and Responsibilities of Grandparents and Third Parties,” published in the Colorado Lawyer in May 2001.
