Daniel McGuire comes from a family that has practiced law for generations. He learned early that the way to best serve clients is to be honest and transparent in all dealings, and to always provide the quality of service he would expect for himself and his family. To this end, our firm strives to be the place our clients turn to first with any legal question or problem, knowing that they will receive guidance that they can trust. Our firm is built on the foundations of quality and integrity. Nothing is more gratifying to us than when a client we have served in the past returns to us for help with other problems, or when a new client walks in the door, referred by a client we have served successfully in the past. We are proud that our practice has grown on the strength of referrals from satisfied clients. That satisfaction stems from the fact that not only do we provide skilled legal representation, we treat our clients with respect, making them partners in the legal process. That process begins by asking clients a question that surprisingly few lawyers do: “What are you trying to achieve?” By listening to our clients’ goals, we can identify options and sometimes utilize alternative dispute resolution processes, such as mediation, to reach a successful conclusion. We keep our clients apprised of progress every step of the way, and you will always feel informed if you choose to work with us. We offer our clients a variety of services: representation in business and contract disputes, employment litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, immigration, personal injury, and entertainment matters.
