Andrew Bilodeau is the managing partner at Bilodeau Capalbo, LLC and is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Connecticut state and federal courts and Washington DC. Andrew is also finalizing his Masters in Business Administration at Northeastern University and is expected to complete the program in October 2020.

A small sample of his experience includes work on behalf of individuals in estate planning, probate and administration, will contests, contractor disputes, insurance claim disputes, real estate transactions and litigation (adverse possession).

Andrew also serves as corporate counsel for small & large businesses, real estate developers and contractors. His representation of clients includes national banks, creditors and insurance companies, in transactions, foreclosures, litigation, collection actions, bankruptcies, and receiverships. Andrew is also a Rhode Island Court-appointed Receiver and a Certified Mediator.

Andrew has significant hands-on experience he can offer to his clients. Prior to and during Andrew’s career as an attorney, he has started several successful companies that still operate and thrive today, including a manufacturing company and several restaurants. Andrew’s extensive experience in business translates into representing his clients with a better understanding of their business and legal issues.
