Xiaojuan Carrie Huang is an attorney licensed to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania. She was born in China and lived, studied and worked in China prior to moving to the United States. She obtained a B.A. in law from Nanjing University and a JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
