John M. Frazier, Jr. delivers a full range of litigation in both state and federal courts; including the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. His area of practice includes corporate litigation and transactions, complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation and transactions, and business representation. Johns advises business entities and individuals about nearly every legal aspect of operating a business or contractual matters and how to handle when things inevitably go wrong: real estate disputes, employment issues, shareholder agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, commercial leases, and breach of contract issues, generally.
Prior to joining the firm, John operated Frazier Law, P.A. as a sole practitioner and was heavily involved in many areas of litigation and trial work; as a result, John has extensive trial experience and feels at home in a courtroom. John spent time as a “runner” for Widerman Malek many years ago and observed how a law firm operates from the ground-up since he was only 15 years old. When an opportunity to reunite with the firm arose, John decided to seize it and continue the tradition of providing superb down-to-earth legal representation to the Space Coast and beyond. John has a strong commitment to his community and actively seeks out volunteering activities. He is active in Junior Achievement of the Space Coast, Tied Together of the Space Coast, Inc., and Real Men Wear Pink; to name a few.
John is driven by his passion to be a leader in the community and in the courtroom, so much so that John is a member of the Leadership Brevard Class of 2020. Outside of the law and philanthropic activities, John enjoys fishing, golfing, cooking (ask him about his BBQ sauce), technology, his family pets, and rooting for the Florida State Seminoles. However, more than anything else, John is motivated by his “why” which consists of his beautiful wife, Courtney, and family.
