My firm is one of the largest in Central Florida and has been serving the Central Florida community since 1979 with 12 offices throughout the State. It has a thriving personal injury practice as well as a thriving commercial practice. During my legal career, I have worked in private practice and in all stages of government: federal, state and local. I am 1 of only 2 attorneys out of over 100,000 licensed to practice law in Florida double board certified by the Florida Bar in Business Litigation and City, County and Local Government Law as a consequence of being a recognized expert in these areas.

I am intimately familiar with land use and zoning matters having handled thousands of them while City Attorney in Palm Bay, one of the largest cities in Florida. As for my appellate experience, in addition to starting my legal career clerking for Justice Peggy A. Quince at the Florida Supreme Court, I have handled countless appeals at every appellate court applicable to Florida (state and federal) save the United States Supreme Court. Regarding commercial litigation, in the past 14 years, I have personally handled matters involving hundreds of billions of dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars. In addition to being board certified by the Florida Bar in Business Litigation, most people fail to realize that a major city like Palm Bay is a corporation, a Florida municipal corporation.
