I have been a consumer lawyer since 1992, with an emphasis on consumer and small business bankruptcy and defending consumers against illegal debt collection activity.

I manage two consumer bankruptcy law firms ~ in Florida and Utah. Over the 26 years of running consumer law firms, I came to understand that these are not law firms at all. They are consumer satisfaction companies that provide legal representation to consumers and small businesses. Client satisfaction is our #1 goal. It is so important, as a matter of fact, that we publish a Statement of Client Rights right on the website, and we expect our clients to hold us to that promise.

I have been recognized by the legal community as among the top lawyers in America, and I've been recognized by the business community as an outstanding leader in business. Most important to me, I am continually recognized by my clients as a complex problem solver who cares about the struggles of the middle class generally, and each one of them specifically.

More and more, it seems like this country cares less and less about the working middle class. We just want to live happy, peaceful lives and raise our children to appreciate hard work and humility.
