Brian P. Byrd Brian has worked in two of the State Attorney's Offices in the State of Florida: first as a Certified Legal Intern in Tallahassee, Florida from 2011-2012, and second, as an Assistant State Attorney in Orange County, Florida from 2012-2015. This extensive experience provided Brian with the experience of handling several thousand criminal cases. This invaluable experience provides Brian the opportunity to evaluate the facts of a criminal rationally and with neutrality. Brian has prosecuted a variety of criminal cases, and has taken many cases to trial and through to a verdict.
