Former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the City and County of Honolulu and Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii. Specialized in Felony Prosecution cases and supervised several Felony Prosecution Teams under the Administrations of Charles Marsland, Peter Carlisle, and Keith Kaneshiro. Over 130 felony jury trials taken to verdict including convictions for Murder, Attempted Murder, Sex Assault, Drugs, Negligent Homicide auto accident related deaths, Robbery, Burglary, Domestic violence, theft, and DUI/DWI jury trials. Also specialized in Tax prosecutions as a Deputy Attorney General. Now specializing in Criminal Defense from Traffic infractions and misdemeanors to all felonies including the most serious of Class A Felonies. Also specializing in Expungement related matters.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. Former student and graduate of Kamehameha Schools and Punahou Academy 1977 respectively. Attended Undergraduate and Graduate School at Brigham Young University in Utah. Received Juris Doctorate Degree in 1985.
