Deputy Attorney in the Natural Resources Division of the Office of Idaho Attorney General. Responsibilities included: drafting formal Attorney General Opinions and advisory letters, an active litigation practice representing various state agencies, prosecuting and defending actions pursued under the Idaho Administrative Procedure Act, two successful arguments before the Idaho Supreme Court – Floyd v. Bonneville County, 137 Idaho 718, 52 P.3d 863 (2002), on behalf of the Idaho Department of Fish & Game, and State v. Blaine County, 139 Idaho 348, 79 P.3d 707 (2003) on behalf of the State Board of Land Commissioners and the Idaho Department of Lands.
