Mr. Powell is a strong legal professional with more than 22 years experience in northern Idaho. 1997 graduate of the University of Idaho College of law. Mr. Powell served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney before forming his private practice in 2000. Licensed and admitted in State and Federal Courts of the States of Idaho and Montana.
