Samuel T. Creason is a member of the law firm Creason, Moore, Dokken & Geidl, PLLC. Mr. Creason maintains a practice primarily focused on civil litigation and business advising, although his practice also includes patent, copyright and trademark protection and select felony defense. Mr. Creason’s civil litigation practice includes wrongful death actions, personal injury recovery, civil rights actions, government liability, creditor’s recovery, contract disputes, land and timber disputes, and wills and trust litigation. In addition to trial work, Mr. Creason routinely practices in front of the Idaho Supreme Court. Mr. Creason is licensed to practice in Idaho, Washington, the federal District of Idaho, the federal Eastern District of Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; he is also a licensed Patent Attorney.
