My Passion
Most attorneys go to law school hoping to make a difference in the world. I was no different, and I am eager to act on this passion. From my work in Estate Planning, I found that there is a need that is not currently being met here in Twin Falls.
Certainly, when many people think about Estate Planning, they think of an older, wealthier person who wants to distribute his or her many assets. But, one easily looks past the parent who stays up at night wondering who will take care of his or her children should he or she pass away unexpectedly. As a father of young children myself, I wanted to alleviate that concern by providing a service to plan for the unknown.
My Practice
I have developed a business model that is not the traditional attorney-client model.
First, my boutique Estate Planning law firm offers FREE initial consultations, including a FREE review of a current Estate Plan. No, this does not mean that if you hire me, I will bill you down the road for that consultation. FREE means FREE.
Second, I bill at flat, or fixed, rates. That way, there are no surprises when it comes to a payment.
Finally, I can provide affordable options for Estate Planning starting at $500 for our Peace of Mind Plan.
My History
I grew up in Idaho, primarily in Meridian. My wife, Kellie, is from Twin Falls and we were married here. I attended Boise State University and graduated with a degree in English writing. After college, I began a career at AT&T where I would be for over seven years.
I attended law school at Concordia University School of Law in Boise. While in law school, I interned for Idaho Estate Planning — a boutique Estate Planning firm in Eagle, ID — where I developed my passion and knowledge for Estate Planning.
A few years ago, our family doubled in size when we were blessed with boy-girl twins. In April 2018, we moved our little family to Twin Falls. We love Twin Falls and the surrounding areas.
