Eric is a native of Columbus, Ohio, and has lived in Louisville since graduating from New York Law School in 2003. His wife, Shelley Thomas, is an associate professor with the University of Louisville. Eric and Shelley have two children, Anneliese and Brennan. Eric's interests include film photography, basketball and outdoor activities. He is a fan of UofL and IU athletics so long as they aren't playing Ohio State.
