at rubino,ruman,crosmer and polen we have an active firm. it consists of 11 lawyers, 4 paralegals, a fulltime accident investigator and numerous support staff. although we are probably most known for our civil litigation in personal injury and wrongful death, we have a full service practice ranging from bank,corporate,medical practice,employment,insurance,probate/estate planning and domestic representation.

began practicing law in 1975. in the early years, mr rubino learned a broad range of law, including serving as a judicial referee and a city attorney. in the early 80's his practice began to focus on jury trials representing wrongful death and personal injury victims.that still remains his primary focus. however his firm has expanded adding several partners,paralegals,accident investigators and a subsantial support staff. the firm actively serves the community representing banks, churches, a large medical clinic,governmental agencies,estate planning/probate/real estate, corporate and domestic clients.
