Matthew E. Sarber is a life-long resident of northern Indiana, and thoroughly enjoys the relationships with his fellow Hoosiers. Attending Manchester College (now University) and later Valparaiso University, allowed Matthew to hone his acumen for persuasion and oral discourse.
