Ms. Richards joined Weary Davis in January, 2015. While in law school Ms. Richards completed an externship with the Riley County Attorney’s Office. Ms. Richards began practicing in 2012 and has experience handling civil and criminal matters including domestic relations, bankruptcy, criminal defense, appellate practice, real estate, landlord/tenant, personal injury, and collections. Ms. Richards’ domestic relations experience includes; divorces involving members of the military, child custody, child support, paternity, Protection from Abuse, Protection from Stalking, the division of farm assets in divorce, step-parent adoption, post-divorce litigation and appellate practice.
