Law Offices of Kyle E. Krull, P.A.
I formed my own law practice (the "Professional Association" registered as "Kyle E. Krull, P.A.") in 1993. From 1993 to 2002, I was in practice with associate attorneys and partners in a variety of ensemble estate planning arrangements. Then, in 2003, I went completely solo. Gretchen and I purchased a home configured as an "office/home" in south Johnson County, Kansas. With my wife (since 1981) Gretchen serving as the practice manager, we have been helping clients throughout Kansas and Missouri protect everyone they love and everything they have with estate plans appropriate for their circumstances.
1991 - 1992
Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company
When 125+ year law firm "disbanded," I completed the final comprehensive examination (of six total examinations) of the program to become a Certified Financial Planner. [I had begun the CFP program while serving in the military overseas, by government proxied examinations.] At the same time I completed the CFP certification, I became licensed as an agent for life, accident & health insurance, as well as licensed for securities (i.e., passed the Series 7 and 63 examinations). I then sold financial products to solve client wants and needs, working with their attorneys and accountants to coordinate client financial and estate plans. While a Northwestern Mutual agent, I recognized an opportunity to bring my unique training and experience as a financial advisor to the attorney side of the process ... and formed my own law practice (the "Professional Association" registered as "Kyle E. Krull, P.A.") in 1993.
