With over 20 years of experience working with buyer and sellers and advising them on deal structure and strategy we noticed a need for a more customized and personal approach for small to middle-market companies. And that is why we formed Seck Advisor Group. Seck Advisor Group understands that many entrepreneurs are not familiar with and may find intimidating the process of buying, selling, or implementing strategic plans within one’s company. We therefore take a more personalized approach, by first understanding the “why” behind our clients’ companies and the “what” of the day-to-day operations, before we get to the “how” of the actual strategic evaluation, purchase or sales transaction. Once we understand their goals, we educate them through the process, position the company in the best light to align with their goals, create strategic plans customized to their objectives, and capitalize on our negotiating skills to close deals.

Seck & Associates LLC
Our focus is business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations. We advise a broad range of businesses, from start-ups to small to middle market businesses along the complete business life-cycle including formation of corporations and business structures, partnership agreements, and vender and other agreements. When the time is right, we help our business clients position themselves for sale. We asssit clients in obtaining financing, either from friends and family, from traditional lenders or from VC firms. We have represented several small tech companies in going public and recently assisted in the sale of public company.

Warden Triplett Grier LLP
Launched a corporate practice with a group of lawyers in a boutique litigation firm. Developed a mergers and acquisitios practice and represented both buyers and sellers of companies in transactions up to $40M. Assisted clients in forming and structuring and growing their businesses.
2000 - 2004
Honeywell International
Assistant General Counsel for business and commercial aviation manufacturing division of Honeywell International; provided legal services to three Honeywell businesses located in Kansas, Ohio and Florida; negotiated major contracts for Honeywell to provide aviation products to airplane manufacturers on new airplanes; worked on several large strategic acquisitions and divestitures as part of the Honeywell Aerospace mergers and acquisition team.

Bryan Cave LLP
Worked with a large number of businesses, from middle market companies to publicly traded entities in acquisitions and sales of companies; private placements, financings, developing franchises and working on franchise compliance, and licensing technology and other intellectual property.
