Sean represents employees in state courts and federal courts on issues ranging from wage and hour, illegal terminations, FMLA, ADA, restrictive covenants, to whistleblower matters.
Additionally, Sean represents employees before the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Administrative Law Judges, a federal administrative court that adjudicates whistleblower retaliation claims in the transportation, financial, and consumer product sectors.
