Tom assists clients primarily in the areas of Probate, Elder Law, Small Business Law, and Bankruptcy in Kentucky. He helps his clients address the challenges they are facing with a gentle hand and a depth of knowledge of the law.
He has been serving clients in Northern Kentucky since 2009 as a solo-practitioner. He is compassionate and fierce in representing the needs of his clients.
A 1999 graduate of Covington Latin School, Tom continues to actively support and volunteer at CLS where he currently serves on the School Board. He was previously the head coach of the Covington Latin School Varsity Boys Baseketball, Covington Latin Girls Varsity and Junior Varsity Soccer Teams. He has served as President of the Covington Latin School Athletic Boosters since 2016.
Tom lives in Edgewood with his wife and four children. He spends his free time coaching his children in basketball and soccer. He enjoys hiking, playing soccer and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.
