Cyndi is one half of the husband and wife partnership that founded and runs Crocker Law Firm. She has spent most of her career (more than 20 years) representing injury victims.

Cyndi graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1992, where she was an editor of the Kentucky Law Journal. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Kentucky in 1988. Cyndi was the President of the University of Kentucky Student Government in 1987 and served as the student member of the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees.

Cyndi is a past president of the Bowling Green/Warren County Bar Association. In 1998 the bar association awarded Cyndi the Gwen Davis Award for Outstanding Public Service, recognizing her work in securing grants and organizing legal educational programming for the community.

Cyndi grew up in many places but graduated from North Hardin High School in Radcliff, Kentucky. Her father, Mike Weaver, is a retired Army officer and former Kentucky State Representative. Her mother, Lois Weaver, is a retired high school teacher and guidance counselor (North Hardin), and elementary principal (St. Christopher, Radcliff, Ky.). Cyndi has three sisters – Rebecca Clarke, Kate Graves, residing in Danville, Kentucky, and Colonel Teresa Wardell, US Army Retired, residing in Louisville, Kentucky.

Cyndi and Ben Crocker met at the University of Kentucky, clerked for the same law firm while they were law students (Brown, Todd and Heyburn), and married during their third year of law school. They have three sons: Alex, Drew, and Reed.
