Jennifer's practice focuses primarily in the area of employment and labor law. Jennifer provides a range of services for union clients-- from contract negotiation, grievance processing and arbitration, to representation at the NLRB. Jennifer also represents employees in a variety of matters, including unlawful discrimination and wage-and-hour disputes.
