The Medical Cannabis Law Group (MCLG) is a division of the Law Office of Mike Rothman. MCLG assists stakeholders (patients, doctors, providers, and caregivers) located in medical cannabis states with the transition to the new regulated medical cannabis marketplace. MCLG provides timely and accurate legal advice regarding sensitive matters involving the emerging cannabis industry. Mr. Rothman is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia, but consults on matters involving cannabis across the country.

I am licensed to practice law in both federal and state courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia. My areas of practice and concentration include criminal defense, white collar criminal defense, dui/dwi defense, traffic matters, Internet crime and fraud, computer fraud, as well as governance and compliance matters for corporations and groups.
