Oleg Fastovsky graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and, following a clerkship on the Court of Special Appeals, has been practicing criminal defense ever since. Mr. Fastovsky is admitted in both Maryland State and Federal Courts, and has defended clients all across Maryland, from Western Maryland to the Eastern Shore. Mr. Fastovsky has devoted his practice to helping those charged with any type of criminal offense, from low level misdemeanors to serious felonies and federal crimes, and has assisted hundreds of clients in obtaining excellent results from diligent work and expertise. Mr. Fastovsky is also currently an associate professor at the University of Baltimore, School of Law, where he heads the university’s National Trial Competition, teaching trial advocacy to students and providing instruction on how to conduct a trial in preparation for regional and national trial competitions.
