As a Divorce Mediator, Anthony uses his experience and training to help you and your spouse identify primary interests, then resolve issues around the primary interests.
Anthony’s formal training includes graduating from two prestigious programs - the Harvard Law School Program of Instruction for Lawyers Mediation and Negotiation Workshops and the Advanced Training at the Center for Dispute Settlement in Washington, D.C.
In 2018, he was invited to participate and serve as a Negotiator in the Judge Abber Counsel Assisted Negotiation Program of The Massachusetts Family & Probate American Inn of Court.
His mediation practice and his teaching of mediation help him achieve a high divorce settlement rate.

Essex County Co-Coordinator & Negotiator for Judge Abber We Can Settle Initiative

The Judge Abber Settlement Initiative is a collaborative program between the Massachusetts Family & Probate American Inn of Court and judges of the Probate and Family Court aimed at using experienced divorce attorneys to mediate difficult divorce cases pending on the court trial calendar.

The Massachusetts Family & Probate American Inn of Court was founded in 1998 as a chapter of the American Inns of court, and is one of the largest Inns of Court in the country. The Inn's mission is to promote professionalism, civility and ethical awareness, in the Probate and Family Court, through discourse and education. The Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inns of Court meets regularly throughout the year, as a means of fostering collegiality and providing peer education on topics of importance to the practice of law in the Family and Probate Courts.

David A. Hoffman is a mediator, arbitrator, attorney, and founding member of Boston Law Collaborative, LLC. A graduate of Princeton University, Cornell University, and Harvard Law School, he has received a number of awards for his work, including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American College of Civil Trial Mediators and the D’Alemberte-Raven Award from the American Bar Association’s Section of Dispute Resolution. He teaches courses on Mediation and Collaborative Law at Harvard Law School, where he is the John H. Watson Jr. Lecturer on Law, and has published three books and numerous articles on law and mediation. As mediator and arbitrator, David’s cases range from high-conflict divorces to complex business disputes.
