Before forming Mazow | McCullough, PC, Mr. McCullough worked for a Massachusetts automobile insurance carrier and was the person responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving serious injury claims. After passing the Massachusetts Bar, Mr. McCullough then worked defending automobile insurance carriers in courts throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. It was during this time that Mr. McCullough gained invaluable experience regarding the strategy and mindset of the insurance companies. Armed with this knowledge, Mr. McCullough became an expert in the area of personal injury and insurance claims.

Mr. McCullough has been qualified as an expert and has testified in various district and superior courts throughout Massachusetts concerning his opinion on various insurance tactics and claims handling practices. There are only a handful of personal injury lawyers in the entire Commonwealth of Massachusetts with this background who have been qualified by the courts as an “expert”; Mr. McCullough is one of them.
