Attorney Grimaldi has won "not guilty" verdicts on many serious charges, including Murder, Attempted Murder, Motor Vehicle Homicide, Rape, Rape of a Child, Assault with Intent to Rape, Indecent Assault and Battery, Assault and Battery, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Armed Robbery, Mayhem, Home Invasion, Possession of a Firearm without a License, Witness Intimidation, Unlawful Procurement of Citizenship, and other charges. Attorney Grimaldi also successfully represents college students accused of academic and personal misconduct in Title IX and university discipline hearings.

In a landmark ruling, Attorney Grimaldi was the first lawyer in the history of Massachusetts to win judicial immunity for defense witnesses in a criminal case.
