Represented company as outside counsel at founding and became initial GC, and built 5 person team. Managed all legal for this Silicon Valley based international SAAS productivity company with international operations and separate SAAS service in China, with over 200 million users. Managed financings over $215M for one of the initial "Unicorns." Developed strategic partnerships with the leading international device manufacturers and telecoms. Launched an e-commerce operation for physical products with worldwide distribution.
