Prior to joining the firm of Eisenstadt. Krippendorf, and Galvin, Attorney Joseph Eisenstadt worked as an Assistant Massachusetts Attorney General and Assistant Suffolk County District Attorney.
As an Assistant Attorney General, he prosecuted white collar, environmental, narcotics, and computer crimes in district and superior courts throughout Massachusetts. Attorney Eisenstadt handled cases from the Environmental Crimes Strike Force, the Public Corruption and Fraud Unit, and the Enterprise and Major Crime Division. Attorney Eisenstadt regularly successfully presented cases to Grand Juries throughout the state. His cases included allegations of employee fraud, embezzlement, larceny of electronic data, witness intimidation, organized conspiracies, narcotics trafficking, and violations of the clean air, clean water, and hazardous waste statutes.
In 2010, Attorney Eisenstadt was one of the founding partners of the firm of Eisenstadt, Krippendorf, and Galvin. The founders of the firm, Joseph Eisenstadt, William Galvin, and Edward Krippendorf were all assistant district attorneys.
