Paul Tafelski has been practicing law in Michigan for over 20 years.
Mr. Tafelski is a graduate of Michigan State University and Michigan State University College of Law. He is a member of the Michigan State Bar Association, American Bar Association, National College for DUI Defense, Criminal Defense Lawyers of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association and the Advocates (Polish Bar Association).
He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Michigan as well as the United States Supreme Court. He has obtained Not Guilty verdicts in felony and misdemeanor trials and his efforts to attack questionable evidence have resulted in dismissals and excellent plea bargains in many instances. He believes that every case has important factors that can help someone charged with a crime obtain the best possible outcome. He promises his clients that he will use his experience, skills and relationships to achieve the most favorable result possible in every case.
