• As a litigation attorney, I drafted and argued numerous motions in front of numerous courts in the State of Minnesota and United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. • I served as both lead counsel and second counsel in dozens of lawsuits, which included, drafting, arguing, negotiating, resolving and trying these lawsuits in front of numerous courts in the State of Minnesota and United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. • I prepared, prosecuted and defended to conclusion, either by trial, motion or settlement, dozens of cases in the areas of business litigation, commercial litigation, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, NASD securities claims, construction defect litigation, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, commercial and residential real estate disputes, and real estate development disputes. • I interviewed witnesses, propounded and responded to interrogatories, requested productions and admission, took and defended depositions, briefed dispositive and non-dispositive motions, filed requested findings and conclusions in non-jury cases, and prepared requested instructions in jury trials.

As a Judicial Intern for the Honorable R.A. (Jim) Randall, I reviewed, researched and drafted several Court Opinions and Bench Memorandum for the Appellate Court Judges. During my time at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, I also served as the Judicial Clerk during several oral arguments.
