Barbara J. May is a sole practitioner in Roseville, where she has practiced in bankruptcy, divorce and adversary litigation for over 28 years.
She received her B.A. degree in paralegal studies from Winona State University and her J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin, both Federal Courts and the 8th and 7th Circuits. She was board certified as a Consumer Bankruptcy Law Specialist by the American Board of Certification in 2000, and was a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys from 2002-2008.
