Attorney Kelly Klun is successful because she listens to her client’s needs and objectives. She practices primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning, business law, and probate. Her practice covers a broad range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, with particular focus on commercial leasing, land use, and related development agreements. As for estate planning, she works with families and individuals to ensure that their wishes are achieved and that the estate plan, whether it be a will or trust, is properly carried out. In addition, Kelly routinely prepares health care directives, financial powers of attorney, and beneficiary designations for life insurance and retirement plans for her clients. Finally, she works with entrepreneurs and dynamic businesses. Her broad strategic thinking skills help her clients achieve success in all phases of their development and growth. Kelly also serves her community as the Ely city attorney and she is involved in several community volunteer organizations.
