Matt is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer, having tried, arbitrated and mediated numerous cases resulting in favorable settlements and verdicts, in both state and federal courts . Matt also has extensive appellate experience, litigating in multiple state courts of appeal and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal.
