De Castroverde Law Group specializes in personal injury, criminal, and immigration law. Kyle received Super Lawyers' Rising Stars selection and Martindale-Hubbell's highest honors, the AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating and Platinum Client Champion Award.
Kyle was born in Boston and raised in Oakland. During World War II, the U.S. government detained his U.S. citizen grandparents because of their Japanese ancestry. Learning about this history inspired Kyle to protect immigrants’ rights.
Kyle interned for U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer and the U.S. Air Force. He also clerked in Denver for the Honorable Kristin L. Mix of the U.S. District Court.
In his legal practice, Kyle applies principles he learned from a ten-day silent meditation course, yoga, and coaching basketball. Outside of work, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Immigration Law Clinic Alumni Council and Las Vegas Buddhist Sangha.
