Benzene leukemia cases, where we represent people who have been exposed to benzene and that exposure has resulted in some form of leukemia. We primarily see Acute Myleogenous Leukemia cases and Aplastic Anemia and Myleodysplastic Syndromes cases. In addition we represent people in Birth Injury cases. These cases are primarily cerebral palsy cases, erbs palsy cases that are the result of mistakes made during labor and delivery.
