Experience: I have been a Civil Litigation Attorney at Welts, White & Fontaine, P.C. in Nashua, NH since 1991 practicing in the areas of collection, foreclosure, replevins, creditor bankruptcy representation, landlord/tenant, mechanic’s liens, construction litigation, subrogation claims, commercial litigation, probate litigation, and real estate litigation in the Circuit, Superior, and Supreme Courts and the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of NH.
In addition to litigation, I mediate Small Claim and Civil Writ cases in Circuit Court and Rule 32 cases in Superior Court. I also mediate matters for the NH Dept. of Agriculture.
