Daniel McKenna is an attorney admitted to practice in New Hampshire federal and state courts as well as Massachusetts’ state courts. His practice focuses on representing injured victims in personal injury, medical malpractice, and Social Security Disability cases. He is a lifelong resident of Derry where he lives with his wife and children. Dan graduated in 2006 from the Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics and a minor in Economics. He received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School. While in law school he interned for Judge Stephen Abany of the Massachusetts trial court. He has also worked at one of the largest medical malpractice law firms in New England. Prior to attending law school Dan was elected to the New Hampshire House of Representatives where he sat on the Election Law Committee for one term. Dan currently serves as a member of the Derry School board and is on the Board of Directors for Southern New Hampshire Services.
