Most people want to be in control of their means and healthcare for the rest of their lives and enable their families to know who is in charge. Howard Law (formerly Gartenberg Howard) helps to create the structure with the least possible anxiety for them.
Clients are surprised by how much additional cost is due to a failure to plan. Having a will, having a power of attorney, a living will, enables them to transfer their assets and take care of their healthcare without involving the court. Court involvement is an expensive and invasive process.
Many people come to us embarrassed that they have never done a will or any of the documents. To us, it is never to late to get a set of documents that allows things to happen smoothly and easily.
