Bruce Dizengoff is a highly experienced immigration attorney with over 35 years of legal practice in immigration and nationality law. Before entering private practice in 2014, he spent more than two decades representing the United States government, gaining extensive experience in complex immigration matters. Today, Bruce provides comprehensive immigration services to clients across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and beyond.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 1988 and began his career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Samuel L. Supnick of the New Jersey Superior Court. In 1989, he joined the U.S. Department of Justice through the competitive Attorney General’s Honors Program, where he served as a federal prosecutor, attorney supervisor, and project manager. During this time, Bruce appeared before the U.S. Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals, providing legal counsel on a wide range of cases.
Bruce played a pivotal role in the creation of the Department of Homeland Security in 2003 and helped manage key programs, including Employer Sanctions, Civil Document Fraud, and the Criminal Alien Program. He also served as a legal instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), teaching immigration law and courtroom procedures to law enforcement professionals.
In private practice, Bruce advises clients on family-based immigration, deportation defense, asylum, naturalization, waivers, DACA, green card applications, and non-immigrant visas. Licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he combines decades of experience with a client-focused approach, guiding individuals and families through every step of the immigration process.
