NJ DWI Attorney Says Never Refuse the Breathalyzer
The DUI laws in New Jersey are very strict. Do not refuse a breathalyzer if you are asked to take one by law enforcement officers. It is easier for a NJ DWI attorney to defend you on a drunk driving charge than for a refusal. Consult a NJ DWI attorney immediately after your encounter with police.
