Assigned as a legal advisor to the Essex County Narcotics Task Force for 12 years. Oversaw Investigators and Police Agency Personnel conducting upper-level drug trafficking investigations, including the extensive use of Electronic Surveillance techniques (Wiretaps), and undercover police officer infiltration of drug trafficking organizations. Prosecuted upper and mid-level drug traffickers for crimes ranging from Leader Narcotics Trafficking Network, Weapons Possession and Assault-related crimes. Police Traning Commission Instructor for over 20 years, teaching police recruit and in-service traing programs to on-duty police officers.
