ANY COURT. ANY CRIME. ANY TIME. I have been involved with the field of criminal law for over forty years. As a criminal defense lawyer, your freedom and your rights are my first priority. I focus my efforts to provide my clients the best defense possible given the facts and proofs that the State is using to try to convict them. I have handled cases involving Leader of Drug Trafficking Network; Racketeering; Official Misconduct; Domestic Violence; Drug Possession and Distribution; Assault; Homicide; Theft; Robbery; Carjacking; Insurance Fraud; Kidnapping; Rape and Sexual Offenses; Arson; Criminal Mischief; Bribery; Perjury; and Weapons related cases. My unique law-enforcement background and experience provides my clients with the benefit of being represented by a criminal defense lawyer with personal experience in how a criminal case is investigated, prosecuted and most importantly for his clients, defended. I bring that knowledge and experience to each case and client I represent as a criminal defense lawyer. Before becoming a Criminal Defense Attorney, I was a Police Officer and a Prosecutor's Investigator for ten years and an Assistant Essex County (N.J.) Prosecutor for fifteen years. I have handled cases using every type of investigation used by the police, to include wiretapping; undercover police investigations; and, more traditional investigation activities such as field investigation and witness interview. My goal in defending my clients, is to protect their rights and their freedom. I pursue every viable alternative to impact the strength of the State's case, and to develop a strong defense on behalf of my client. I am ready to defend you.

Criminal defense of clients charged in the New Jersey Superior Court and the Federal District Court for New Jersey, with crimes ranging from Racketeering, Homicide, and Leader of Narcotics Trafficking Network, through Simple Possession of Drugs and Disorderly Conduct. Assistant Prosecutor

Assigned as a legal advisor to the Essex County Narcotics Task Force for 12 years. Oversaw Investigators and Police Agency Personnel conducting upper-level drug trafficking investigations, including the extensive use of Electronic Surveillance techniques (Wiretaps), and undercover police officer infiltration of drug trafficking organizations. Prosecuted upper and mid-level drug traffickers for crimes ranging from Leader Narcotics Trafficking Network, Weapons Possession and Assault-related crimes. Police Traning Commission Instructor for over 20 years, teaching police recruit and in-service traing programs to on-duty police officers.
