The primary focus of my practice is on trade secret, trademark and copyright disputes, as well as matters involving confidentiality agreements, non-competition agreements and other restrictive covenants concerning individuals and businesses. I also have significant experience as New Jersey counsel in patent matters and have handled a wide variety of business disputes.
